Welcome to Day 1 of Rekindle: The Mind

The theme for today is the Mind. Our guest speaker is Joseph Nufable. Joseph will be discussing knowing who Jesus is in our lives. His talk will give us a glimpse into understanding what the Kerygma is and its importance.

Today’s challenge is to post a picture of what energizes you! For example, this can be a hot cup of coffee, being outside in nature, or the sun.

Rekindle is a week-long virtual event taking place from June 8-14, 2020 and it is free! The goal of this week is to Rekindle the Community of St. Patrick’s through: witness talks, daily challenges, praise and worship and Mass. Each day, we will be having a guest speaker and a daily challenge. These challenges are as simple as sharing a picture or video on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #RekindleStPats. We will see you on June 8. You can access this event our Facebook page, Instagram, and here on our website.

Thank you!

Dear People of St. Patrick Parish,

As much as we all want to celebrate Mass together in our Church, St. Patrick Church will not reopen until approval is given at the State level, County level and finally from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and our Bishop Michael Barber, SJ, of the Diocese of Oakland. St. Patrick Church will also be adhering to all CDC guidelines to allow us to open safely for everyone.

Please continue to pray for our world, especially for the People of our St. Patrick Community.

God  Bless,

Fr. Larry Young

Online Giving – Sacrificial Offerings

Your continued support to the parish with your weekly offering is still very much needed. A link is available online to support our parish and our ministries. Your gifts help continue to serve parishioners during this time of uncertainty. Please donate at www.tinyurl.com/stpdonation. Thank you and God Bless.

St. Patrick Dinner Dance Refunds

Due to the “Shelter in Place” mandate, the parish office staff is required to work from home. Donations, refunds, credits and transfers continue to be worked on as the staff remotely processes these transactions as well as printing checks, getting checks signed, verifying amounts with the committee, etc. Please know this will get done as soon as possible.

Parish Offices Remain Closed

In accordance with the “Shelter in Place’ mandate and the guidelines set forth by the Diocese of Oakland, the Parish Offices remains closed now until May 31 and will only operate to perform essential services. All calls and emails are still being monitored remotely to assist parishioners. Also Fr. Larry and Fr. Mike remain in the office to assist the best they can with sacramental needs. Please call the office with any questions or needs. Again, all phone calls and email will continue to remain open during normal business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm.
